GrindIndexRanking rule changes
Every change to how games are ranked or how votes count is listed here, with the date it took effect.
| 2026-11-06 | Votes can be revoked when they are found to be fake. Revoked votes leave the ranking, and the game is sent a vote.revoked event. |
| 2026-11-06 | Numbers from toplists we doubt are marked on game pages, with the reason. They never counted toward the ranking here. |
| 2026-11-05 | Steam and itch.io are used to find games only. Their order is not shown as a toplist number. |
| 2026-11-05 | Top100Arena, Runix and RunePort added to the toplists we read. |
| 2026-11-05 | Launch. Rank is votes cast here in the last 30 days. Each vote drops out after 30 days; there is no monthly reset. One vote per game every 12 hours, by IP address and by in-game name. |
